INA GLE..KRR-B Series Inserts: Bearing insert with spherical outer race, R seals with PTFE seal lips and a drive slot in the inner ring. These non-locating bearings are to be used at low speeds and loads to compensate for thermal elongation of the shaft. Due to the slot, they are easy to locate in a radial direction. Rotation is prevented by a drive pin on the shaft or a set collar with a pin. These bearings are suitable for drawn shafts up to grade h7. The outer ring has two lubrication holes as standard. Inner rings up to a bore diameter of 60mm have a Corrotect® coating and are thus protected against fretting corrosion. Operating temperature range: -40 deg C to +180 deg C. Benefits: Can be re-lubricated, compensation of misalignment, wide temperature range. |
